Featuring special guests Chris Martin (improv and stand-up comedian) and Asian Aunties (improv comedy duo).

The first half is packed with the fast-paced comedy theatre games Gold Coast audiences have come to know and love, where improv comedians (including special guest Chris Martin who is also doing a solo show straight after Improv Comedy FriYAY) turn your suggestions into hilarious scenes on the spot. If you enjoy Whose Line Is It Anyway?, you'll feel right at home!

Then, in the second half, get ready for special guests* Asian Aunties – an award-winning Brisbane improv comedy duo. Aunty Rani from Sri Lanka (Himali Ratnayake) and Aunty Maria from the Philippines (Janette McBride) are shimmying in with their signature blend of brutal honesty, invaluable wisdom, and unstoppable Aunty energy that can both bless you and roast you in the same breath.

Write down your problems and put them in the rice cooker, so the Aunties can serve you their most generous (and hilarious) advice. They’ll then improvise scenes inspired by your juicy dilemmas.

Asian Aunties are an award-winning improv comedy duo who have performed in all the major capital cities (except Canberra) on the eastern side of Australia, including at the BrisAsia Comedy Gala at the Brisbane Powerhouse.

Family-friendly. The only comedy night on the Gold Coast where you can bring the kids and have an alcoholic beverage! This show usually sells out, so book early!

When booking, you’ll be able to choose your seats, and meals are available to order throughout the show until 8pm. If you’re unable to secure a seat at a table but would like a meal, we recommend arriving early to dine beforehand downstairs (meals are available downstairs from 5pm).
